1 General Terms

5 Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Confirmation
A bet is considered placed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount has been deducted from your Jilima account balance. Jilima does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets under any circumstances, except where a demonstrable technical error occurred on our platform side.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.4 Voided Bets

Voided bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.
5.5 Live Betting

9 Account Suspension and Termination

If your account is suspended for investigation, Jilima will freeze your balance during the review period. If the investigation concludes in your favor, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the Jilima platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of Jilima or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.
